Login to Salesforce, and click the Charket WhatsApp App in the App Launcher. Click on the “WhatsApp Business Account” Tab.
Click the WhatsApp Social Account Name to enter the Details page. Click the Sync button in the upper right corner. Select the number of Message Templates to be synchronized, and click Sync.
After the Message Template is synchronized, it will be displayed on the details page of the WhatsApp account.
The template can be sent as an Approved Message Template in a Chat Body or Flow.
