1. Search for the Console App you created in the App Launcher.
2. Switch your status to “Online” on the Omni-Channel Utility Bar in the lower left corner.
3. When the customers send these types of messages: text messages, emojis, stickers, pictures, voice messages, videos, files, and other types of messages on WhatsApp, you will receive these messages in Salesforce. A new chat will be displayed in the Omni-Channel Window.
Note: Only agents in the Online state can receive new chats.
4. Click the check mark on the right to access the chat to the “My Work” list in Omni-Channel.
5. The chat page will be opened, and the chat messages will be displayed on the page.
